Help with Office 365

Greenmount Scout Group have an Office 365 service available to all leaders in the district.

All users will be created in the format firstname@greenmount.org.uk (or firstname.lastnamefirstinitial@greenmount.org.uk for clashes) and will be their account as long as a role is held within the group.

Users with group roles will be assigned an email address in the format
rolename@greenmount.org.uk (eg. gsl@greenmount.org.uk)

beavers@greenmount.org.uk

cubs@greenmount.org.uk

scouts@greenmount.org.uk

Role changes should be sent to charlie@greenmount.org.uk

Anyone holding multiple roles will be able to receive using multiple email addresses but may have only one primary address as a default “reply to”. Please indicate when requesting access which is your primary address.

Passwords

Initial passwords are sent to all users. All users are recommended to register for Password Self Service at https://aka.ms/ssprsetup

Once setup passwords can be recovered from https://aka.ms/sspr
